Abstract Submission Guidelines
1Prepare
- • Maximum 300 words
- • Include title, authors, affiliations
- • Clearly state objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
- • Use Times New Roman, 12pt font
- • Save as PDF or Word document
2Submit
- • Submit through the online portal
- • Create an account if you don't have one
- • Fill in all required information
- • Select the appropriate sub-theme
- • Upload your abstract file
3Follow Up
- • Check your email for confirmation
- • Wait for acceptance notification
- • Register for the conference if accepted
- • Prepare your presentation
- • Submit final paper if required

Abstracts must be related to one of the conference sub-themes. Submissions that do not follow the guidelines may not be considered. All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the Scientific Committee.
